Items Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges are only accepted for jackets that are unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Custom jackets are not eligible for exchange as they are uniquely made to your specifications.

Exchange Fee

A standard $50 exchange fee applies to all exchanges. This fee covers the processing and administrative costs involved in the exchange process.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with our support team within 15 days of receiving your order to start the process.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
  3. Shipping: Send the jacket back to us using the provided label.

Conditions for Exchange

To ensure a smooth exchange process, the jacket must:

  • Be in original condition (no signs of wear or damage).
  • Include all original tags and packaging.

Any items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your replacement jacket will be processed and shipped within 10 business days.

Custom jackets are tailored exclusively for you, making them non-exchangeable. This ensures that every custom piece reflects your unique preferences.
